Adding a Bass Boost to Your Effects

This is a simple circuit designed to be put in other effects for a switchable bass boost. As is, it has about +8dB of bass boost. To change that to around +5dB of bass boost, change the capacitors as described below. Unlike an active low-pass filter, this does not attenuate the highs. It's more like a shelving filter. It probably could be used on its own but a power section to make a reference voltage would need to be added.
